Bug Description
Hey,
i have mos7 installation and make upgrade to mos9. After upgrade was finished i enabled LMA plugins (elasticsearch, influxdb, lma, infrastrure_
New nodes was aware about plugins
#hiera plugins - show infomation about plugins
but old one (controllers, computes, ceph) have no idea about it, so deploy failed, on old nodes i have no data in /etc/fuel/plugins, no data about plugins settings.
We used version 1.0.0
