Since the ota 13 update my music player crashes on opening

When I open the music app the orientation of the navigation is horizontal even when I have the phone vertical. I can start a song but not stop it. I can only stop it by going to the notification bar and press pause there. After I've done this I cant do anything any more.
I have to close the app. When I start the app again it hangs on the screen that show my music.
To fix this I have to remove all my music start the app. Put the music back and start the app again.
Than it start all over again I can start music once.
It does not matter how much music there is in my library it even does it with one song.

Im on ota 14 now this problem started at ota 13. updating to 14 didnt fix it.
