Bug Description
After ikarus starts, looking at /proc/$IKPID/fd/, it looks like the ikarus.boot FD is not being closed.

Right. Ikarus does not know that it actually started :-)
Details: The boot file is a concatenation of a bunch of fasl objects. Executing each initializes part of the system. The last one returns when the program exists, and that's when the file is closed and memory is freed. Will fix after the 0.0.2 release. Thanks.
