build9-R3.2 - vrouter services are not up though provision goes through fine

supervisor-vrouter is not coming up though setup_all is success on build9 of R3.2
Looks like the problem is not seen on all setups, currently i am observing this on:
1. ubuntu liberty multi-node
2. centos kilo single node.

There are logs for the failure.

work around: restart supervisor-vrouter and restart CN.

I see that fab compute_reboot is not executed, i did execute it in this setup, the node didn't come back up. can you check the console.

Ok i will check the console.
I think its not a bug, due to ceilometer password prompt problem i ran setup_all from node but forgot to run compute_reboot, i will close the bug.

sorry my mistake, fab setup_all was run manually and forgot to run compute_reboot, hence closing the bug.
