no wifi choices supplied in wizard on unity8-snap on classic

Bug Description
in a recent unity8-snap on classic install, i was made to run through the wizard. i found that when arriving at the wifi page, there were no wifi networks provided just a blank white screen. Altho, when proceeding, the wifi indicator did show i was connected.

We use indicator-network as the backend for getting the wifi APs, so I guess the fix lies there.
