Bevel Filters Broken in 0.92pre3 15195 ??

Have attempted to use the basic bevel filter functions on a windows 10 machine, seeing terrible artifacts.. white lines, rough patterns etc. both in inkscape and in browser renderers. Are these functions broken?

examples:

green rectangle with different filters applied. Rendering set to high in inkscape.

see enclosed svg.

So sorry if this is a known problem. I have not seen mention of it anywhere.

@Steven: Could you also post a screenshot of your Inkscape Window showing the artifacts you see? Please make sure that the zoom level display is visible on the screenshot, too.

I actually included a screen shot in the file as an embedded image! sorry if that wasn't clear.

Yes, the difference is... striking, to say the least. Has it always been like that?

can't say, I only recently started using these functions.
I uninstalled the earlier versions, so can't do any regression testing.
