checkbox-snappy.plainbox doesn't find jobs if not run in the /snap path

checkbox-snappy 0.11~s16 74 ce-certification-qa devmode (beta channel)

When trying to run a job with checkbox-snappy.plainbox, it doesn't seem to find it:
