Some times systems hang but I can only move the mouse courser.

Bug Description
When I work on my elementary OS it works perfect. But sometimes it got stuck in the mid of work. During that time, I can only move my mouse pointer. Not even mouse click work during that time. I cant use plank, wing panel, slingshot or anything else. It is not even possible to minimize or maximize the current window or any other window during the hang.
My system information is written below.
1. Processor: Dual-Core Intel® Pentium® Dual CPU E2200 @ 2.20GHz
2. RAM: 2 GB (1333 Mhz)
3. GPU: Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. [AMD/ATI] RV710 [Radeon HD 4350/4550]
4. OS: elementary OS 0.3.2 Freya (64-bit)
5. Storage: 41 GB (8 GB Available)
Please help me out from this problem. It hampers my important works. I don't want to leave elementary OS at this moment.

It is likely you have insufficient memory to comfortably run a modern OS smoothly.
You probably need around 2-4GB of swapspace setup and if you see lots of disk activity around the time of the hang, there is simply insufficient memory.
