Bug Description
this testcase inconsistenly either abort without exiting maintainence mode (or) not bringing up Contrail VM which is expected of stay down after exit maintainence

This test was added as part of Hitachi specific acceptance test. This test doesn't test any contrail specific feature, hence this test needn't be part of sanity and was pulled out of sanity while back.
Hi Jeba, I'm removing the sanity tag.
