Bug Description
Binary package hint: kde-core
KDE installations on Ubuntu (standard Gnome desktop) systems suffer from an inability to access certain core applications from the menus. Therefore, I propose that kmenu-gnome, or something similar, be included with KDE-core by default. Kmenu-gnome adds a menu Gnome in the K menu which lists all Gnome menus. It is not currently in any *buntu repo.
