I can see no Nook tablet in the list of USB devices in that log. The
only MTP based device is something called a BNTV450 is that what you
mean? If so according to the log it is being detected successfully.
If your Nook showing up in windows explorer? Make sure you are
connecting only it and not any other MTP devices at the same time.
