Bug Description
When attempting to use the stomp or amqp protocols with ActiveMQ in Ubuntu 16.04 or 16.10, you get errors like this:
Exception encountered during context initialization - cancelling refresh attempt | org.apache.
org.springframe
The packages don't seem to be built with the correct protocol support for these protocols, as identified upstream in Debian Bug #825382.
