at-spi2-registryd.desktop still running on restart or shut down

Bug Description

I'm using Ubuntu Mate on Asus U36SD and loving it. Everything is working perfect except that I sometimes get one error/warning notice that at-spi2-registryd.desktop is still running. It appears at the time when I restart computer or shut it down. It does not appear always but a few times only.

So far, the work around to it found is to rename this file:
sudo mv /usr/lib/at-spi2-core/at-spi2-registryd /usr/lib/at-spi2-core/at-spi2-registryd.old
