Hi,
I've seen too much of those I really think it is an issue but more around some sort of incompatibility of tomcat/plymouth init scripts.

From the log:
insserv: Starting tomcat depends on plymouth and therefore on system facility `$all' which can not be true!

Duping this onto another bug, probably more to be duped
