Bug Description
Hi. I have a custom keyboard autorepeat setting configured with xset:
$ xset q | grep 'auto repeat delay'
auto repeat delay: 150 repeat rate: 50
It works fine. My LUbuntu desktop is used for developing. It heavily utilizes system resources - CPU and memory. After some time the autorepeat setting is lost and reverted back to it default value:
$ xset q | grep 'auto repeat delay'
auto repeat delay: 660 repeat rate: 25
If the system doesn't utilize much system resources, the autorepeat setting is preserved.
Observed with KUbuntu 16.04 too.
