Bug Description
I have an external monitor attached to my laptop and am using a ThinkPad OneLink+ docking station.
I repeatedly have issues where if I lock the screen and unlock it, windows return to the incorrect window (my laptop window). I also have crossed out icons (red circle with a line through it) for several of my icons in the upper left corner of the screen in the toolbar).
I see the following in the kern.log:
