Does this issue go away if you boot from the kernel that you were running prior to 29.11.2016?

No, this issue appears also if I boot from the kernel that I was running prior to 29.11.2016. But now I restored BIOS configuration to BIOS default and it has resumed also on battery power - but it also two times crashed. I am not sure that is not hardware issue - tomorrow I will test start live Ubuntu 16.04 from the installation medium.
