cookie.txt file description is obsolete

Bug Description

Binary package hint: firefox

Firefox store cookies in cookies.txt file. In the begining of this file, there are coments:

# HTTP Cookie File
# http://www.netscape.com/newsref/std/cookie_spec.html
# This is a generated file! Do not edit.
# To delete cookies, use the Cookie Manager.

but the page:

http://www.netscape.com/newsref/std/cookie_spec.html

is no longer available. Remove it or fix it. Thanks.

I confirm the link is now unreachable. A quick search gave me this link which works:

Firefox doesn't use cookie.txt anymore, and hasn't done for a while
