Bug Description
[Availability]
* Debian experimental
* Ubuntu zesty universe
[Rationale]
* A d-i component that creates swapfiles, where possible, and if there is no swap partition present already
* This is intended to be used by default for all-in-one non-lvm installations
[Security]
* Runs as root, during d-i. Uses fallocate/dd to create swapfile and activate it
[Quality assurance]
* Part of Debian d-i repositories/infra structure
[Dependencies]
* No new ones
[Standards compliance]
* Typical d-i packaging
[Maintenance]
* Myself, in upstream d-i trees
[Background information]
* See swapfile discussions on ubuntu-devel / Athens.

Seeding into installer seed.
The udeb is at standard priority and I am expecting it to be always pulled in.
However, this act will not start to defaulting to swapfiles, as change in partman-auto recipes is required to flip over to swapfiles by default on non-lvm installations.
