Bug Description

When trying to burn a CD in the nautilus CD/DVD creator I am experiencing an
error where it asks me
"please put a blank disc, with at least xxx MiB free into the drive. Retrying
leaves me the same error.

I can burn cds with cdrecord, although it's more complex than it used to be for me:

that doesn't seem to burn for me, but it works fine if I change speed=24 to
speed=19...this is a 24x burner.

lowering the speed in the nautlis CD/DVD Creator doesn't help.

as an aside, this burner used to work fine in 24x mode. don't know if it's the
cable or the kernel or what that has
made the change.

I do run Hoary. I appear to be up to date. I checked the problem again just
now to make sure it is still occuring and it is.
