Bug Description

Fresh install on a physical system.
UEFI (in non legacy mode)
Secureboot ON
NetInstall via PXE

Select 'guided partitioning - LVM+encryption' as disk formatting stage.

Installation goes fine (except for the know problem with GRUB_ENABLE_CRYPTODISK in /etc/default/grub)

Rebooting into the newly installed system, it immediately drop to a GRUB prompt.
Upon investigation, it looks like crypto GRUB modules are not present, preventing GRUB to access the main disk and boot the system.

Install without encryption works fine.

I have a similar issue when I upgraded to Ubuntu 19.10. I was thinking it was a Grub2 issue.
