Bug Description
Some of information defined in heartbeat message doesn't have correct information. Though It's not clear that following 2 information should be in the message, if needed, control_bus needs to send the info to other nodes.
- published_tables is always None
- rpc_endpoints_info is always None
It's not affect current implementation, so set to Low priority.
