Oracle 11g client work only with version 2.2.12

Hi,

I use unixODBC to connect with a Oracle database. But present version (2.2.11) in ubuntu, don't work with oracle 11g odbc client.

With my fedora fc7 laptop and unixODBC 2.2.12 I can work; with ubuntu Feisty and unixODBC 2.2.11 I get:
"undefined symbol: SQLGetPrivateProfileStringW"

I tried to compile unixODBC 2.2.12, therefore due to dependencies I cannot remove 2.2.11 version.
Please fix it.

The problem is in this package: odbcinst1debian1_2.2.11-13_i386.deb
There is a bad library: libodbcinst.so.1.0.0

Maverick has the version 2.2.14.
Is there any hope to have at least ver. 2.2.12 on lucid?

As noted by Nicola, Maverick has 2.2.14. If you would like a backport to lucid, please file a backport request. instructions are here: https://help.ubuntu.com/community/UbuntuBackports
I'm not sure if a backport request can be granted though, since there are many applications that depend on this package.
