Graphs shouldn't be rendered multiple when data change

Bug Description

The current new graphs are multiple rendered when data change like I've attached.
This is really easily happened by changing the dropdowns or filling out the textboxes.

A workaround is that to reload or resize a browser.

    Fix duplicate graph rendering when data change

    This commit fixes the duplicate graph rendering when data change with
    just adding clearRect() in rednerBase function to clear an old graph.
