Please remove openbox from the tests

Currently, openbox is apprently blocked on zeity because the autopkg tests fail for plasma-framework on s390x

I don't know why openbox was added to the test (the debian/changelog doesn't document it). If the build failure can't be fixed, could you please remove openbox from the tests, so at least openbox can be unblocked.

FYI, openbox only provides an "Enhances: kde-workspace", it's clearly not an hard depend on any KDE / plasma / Qt stuff.
