[UI] The "Configure Interfaces" is not available

Detailed bug description:

  The option "Configure Interfaces" is not available for the added nodes.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Deploy fuel master 9.x
  2. Create cluster and add node
  3. Change added node and click the "Configure Interfaces"

Expected results:

  The "Configure Interfaces" is opened for the changed node.

Actual result:

  The option "Configure Interfaces" is not available.

The issue happened because Nailgun patches, required for interfaces screen, are not landed to 9.x snapshot yet:

Infra team is aware of this and is working on the problem.
