wifi not reconnect autmatically hidden network and can't choose connection

1) linux mint 18 cinnamon
2) after reboot some times wifi not connect automaticaly and can't choose connection. In linux mint 17 sometimes wifi not connect automaticaly, but when i choose connection then wifi connection established
3) for connect to hidden network in this situation, i create new connection and problem solved, but in future problem back

on scrennshot button connect is disabled

i think this problem in drivers for wireless card
