Can not bond NICs with plugin

Bug Description
Steps to reproduce:
1. install NIC plugin to Fuel
2. create an environment, enable the plugin and add a node with a few interfaces
3. go to the node interfaces configuration screen and check the plugin appears on interfaces
4. try to bond interfaces
Expected result: bond is created successfully
Actual result: bond isn't created, there is JS exception in a browser console.
The issue caused by absence of the plugin 'metadata' in bond default attributes that comes from /api/nodes/
