apt-get can't install git-all on freshly installed Ubuntu 16.04

Bug Description

I've just installed Ubuntu 16.04, added vim, terminator, eclipse... just bunch of base packages and try to install git. Got result as below.
apt-get update && apt-get upgrade doesn't help.
