Unexpected confirmation dialog on Fuel UI page refresh

Bug Description

Steps to reproduce:

1. create an environment (any settings)
2. add a node to the environment, go to Interfaces Configuration screen for the node
3. change nothing, just refresh the page

Expected result: no any alerts/pop-ups when refreshing the page because no changes were made on the screen

Actual result: browser confirmation pop-up appears before a refresh for user to confirm some unsaved changes

The same issue can be reproduced for Settings and Networks environment tabs.

    undefined should be returned in beforeunload event callback
    no to ask user for confirmation of page reload.
