Weather does not display Static or Animated weather maps

Weather does not display Static or Animated maps. Source is ENVIROCAN Composite North America visual/topographic for both maps, but none of the listed sources will display a map. This began in Mythbuntu 14.04 / Mythtv 0.27; I did not report it as 0.28 was coming out.
