No plan is set active after deleting the active plan

Bug Description
I selected one of the plans as the active plan, and deleted it. The deletion succeeded but no other plan was selected as the new active plan, and I was left in a state where there is no active plan in the system. I wanted to see what happens if you try to switch to the deployment page in this state, and I saw this exception in the console:
DeploymentPlan.
I tried to click again and got another exception:
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'getNativeNode' of null
The GUI itself didn't show anything, and a user who doesn't have the console open doesn't see what's not working. It just looks like your attempt to switch to the deployment page is being ignored.
