Vibration when connection is established in dialer-app

Bug Description
Many android roms let you activate a function that lets the phone vibrate for a moment when a call is established. It would be very nice if the dialer-app could also vibrate at this moment.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open dialer-app and call a number
2. Wait until the callee answers the call
3. Check display: the call time counter gets visible and starts to count the seconds of call duration but there is no vibration.
Reason for the feature request: Often when I have to call a person I'm also talking to a person right in front of me. If the phone would vibrate for just a moment when the callee answers the call I wouldn't have to listen with one ear to the person in front of me an with the other ear i wouldn't have to check if someone answers the call.
