Can't install snaps inside unity8-session snap

Bug Description

I'm not sure where the root cause is, but I'm reporting here for now.

I'm inside a unity8-session snap session. My user is logged into snapd and can remove/install apps on the console.

But inside the snappy scope, pressing the Install button does nothing visible. No output in logs that I could find, but maybe I wasn't looking in the right place.

I think the error is in unity8-dash.log:
[2016-11-16:13:09:23.612] RequestAccess failed: QDBusError("com.ubuntu.OnlineAccountsUi.InvalidApplication", "Invalid client application")

Which would seem to place the problem in ubuntu-system-settings-online-accounts. It's ApplicationManagerPrivate::applicationProfile() at the least looks like it probably doesn't expect this scenario. I'll reassign there.
