WatcherObject's save() and soft_delete() do not also update the object auto-filled fields

Follow-up on the comment made in https://review.openstack.org/#/c/393703/9/watcher/tests/notifications/test_audit_notification.py

This problem is due to the fact that we do not back propagate the result of the DB queries made on the associated DB entities.

    Fixed update of WatcherObject fields on update

    I this changeset, I fixed the issue whereby object auto fields are not
    being updated within the WatcherObject after an update.
