Bug Description
With OSC: setting "interface" in clouds.yaml or using --os-interface on the CLI to specify "internal" instead of the default "public" doesn't work (as in the public interface is used), whereas it works for non-Gnocchi commands.
Maybe it's not the only information ignored? (region?)
