Bug Description

The latest plank release places the dock at the wrong location on HiDPI screens when window scaling (factor 2) is on.

Basically, it seems coordinates are off by a factor of 2 (as seen from the upper left corner of the screen). The effects include:

- setting the dock location to "Bottom" or "Right" makes it completely unreachable (and invisible), no matter what other settings are set

- setting the dock location to "Left" centered, only half the dock is visible in the bottom left corner of the screen

- setting the dock location to "Top" centered, only half the dock is visible in the top right corner of the screen

- specifying the alignment to "Center" with a manual adjustment of "-50" places the dock at the expected position (but only for "Left" and "Top")

This concerns plank 0.11.2 on gnome-shell+mutter 3.22 / xorg 1.18.4 with official NVIDIA drivers (and xorg 1.19RC2 with the intel driver) on fedora 25.
