Add CSS filters to blur share keys

As the "Manage Rules" tab can display the "Access keys" for all shares in a project, it may be helpful from a security point of view to blur the keys when opening the tab and only show a key when the mouse is moving over the blurred area (to prevent that all the keys are visible when the
admin opens that tab). https://davidwalsh.name/demo/spoiler-filter.php shows an example of how that could look like.

1) Manila UI does not define any styles. It only uses existing ones, defined in Horizon project.
2) What "share keys" are being the point of the bug-report? If you mean proposed, not merged commit yet [1], then it is incorrect to file bugs against "absent" functionality, in upstream repo.
So, I would say, exactly this change should include that logic of bluring the keys without focus.

[1] is meant to complete the work outlined in [2], that is to align the UI with the CLI. I agree that the blurring could have been part of the proposal, but not only did the idea come later, but I also felt that this would be beyond what the spec had foreseen.

Anyway, this "bug" was mostly to put down the idea, as suggested on IRC, feel free to put it on the back-burner while the review of [1] is ongoing.
