Save preferences in same folder as is said in the interface.

I think this was originally my intention but seems I got distracted about the behavior when running from sources. I keep a variable this(appPath) which means:
    # 'appPath' points to folder which contains:
    # Coccinella.tcl if run from sources
    # Coccinella*.exe on Windows
    # Coccinella*.bin on Unix
    # Coccinella*.app on Mac OS X
and when running from sources I have to get one directory level up, but otherwise this(appPath) points exactly to the folder where to put the prefs folder. Untested!

Forgot to say that this will create an incompatibility to previous versions. I wont mess up the code to handle this, it is complicated as it is, but perhaps a FAQ: move custom prefs folder to same folder as program.

I don't think a FAQ entry is needed for this. Just add some release
notes to the news post of next release...
