Bug Description
There is proposal to modify interfaces configuration screen:
1. sort interfaces by their 'online' attribute. Online interfaces should go first as they have more value for cloud operator.
2. add 'Show online interfaces only' checkbox on the screen to hide/show offline interfaces. This will help to decrease vertical size of the screen and make navigation through the screen more easier for cloud operator.
