graphic subsystem dont load OpenGL accelarator

I have nvidia GEforce 6150 on board graphics card.
The same problem was on Ubuntu 12.04 after graphics upgrade nvidia-173 => nvidia-304

Ubuntu 14.04 (trusty) reached end-of-standard-support on April 25, 2019.
