I only receive Jellybeans toontasks

Currently I am already at the third gag of my lure track, but I still have not received the option to choose training for a new gag. Therefore, I am stuck at completing jellybean tasks or the gain the teleportation access for Daisy's Garden. On the other hand, a newer character made by a friend of mine did get the option to choose between drop and lure!

Also, more than 50% of the time, after visiting the HQ, the game crashes and an 'fatal error' notification comes up.

Can you guys please hit me up with some information about what is going on? Because those that reported the jellybean tasks bug seem to stem from 2014..and it's two years later-- so it would be nice to know if it can be fixed :)
