Bug Description
Steps to repro:
Deploy Fuel, bootstrap node
Backup using octane
Reinstall Fuel
Restore using octane
If bootstrapped node will send logs to reinstalled but not restored node octane will fail with
"2016-11-10 10:29:47 ERROR octane [Errno 39] Directory not empty" error
