Wrong attribute when registering nodes with the UCS driver

Bug Description

When registering a node with the UCS driver tripleo-common is converting the pm_addr to "ucs_hostname", this field is invalid, it never existed in Ironic [0] it was a mistake in the Ironic docs that was later fixed by [1].

The valid attribute is "ucs_address".

Replace ucs_hostname with ucs_address

The ucs_hostname option never existed in the UCS driver [0], it was a
mistake in the driver's documentation which was later on fixed by [1].
