Bug Description

I see a new Contrail Web-UI links/block created in Fuel UI, each time I deploy MOS. Attaching screenshot

MOS version: 9.1
Contrail Plugin: 5.0.0

Savithru, thank you for your bug report.
Could you please provide a response of GET /api/clusters/x/plugin_links API call (can be found in browser console, in Network subtab of the console) and/or attach a Fuel diagnostic shapshot (can be generated/downloaded from Support page in Fuel UI).
