Bug Description
Sorry, I just posted this notice on StackExchange but maybe this context is more appropriate.
Everytime I launch Loki's file manager it starts writing and deleting a random ~/.config/

This behaviour seems to happen only when Files displays the content of ~/.config/dconf directory.
