[mos10.0-centos7] Outdated package repository

Please revert changes which were made recently to http://perestroika-repo-tst.infra.mirantis.net/mos-repos/centos/mos10.0-centos7/ package repository.

Spec file for oslotest was merged with version 2.10: https://review.fuel-infra.org/#/c/27272/4/centos7/rpm/SPECS/python-oslotest.spec
But now we have 2.8 in the repo: http://perestroika-repo-tst.infra.mirantis.net/mos-repos/centos/mos10.0-centos7/os/x86_64/Packages/python-oslotest-2.8.0-1.el7~mos1.noarch.rpm

Spec file for python-ceilometerclient was merged with version 2.6.1:
https://review.fuel-infra.org/#/c/27711/2/centos7/rpm/SPECS/python-ceilometerclient.spec
But now we have 2.6.0 in the repo: http://perestroika-repo-tst.infra.mirantis.net/mos-repos/centos/mos10.0-centos7/os/x86_64/Packages/python-ceilometerclient-2.6.0-1.el7~mos1.noarch.rpm

Reverted
