Bug Description
External RTs are not allowed on VN if multi-service-chain flag enabled. This would still be the case form UI/configuration point of view, but schema transformer should relax its check if it finds that a in-net-nat service is instantiated in such a VN, thereby allowing the VN to be extended to the DC GW (via external RT configuration).
