Bug Description
Currently, in order to retrigger an autopkgtest execution in a pull request, we have to download a script, ask Sergio for the URL to use, and call the script with arguments that are not hard to build.

The solution for now will be a script in the snapcraft repo with the instructions to call it, and accepting the pr number, dist and architecture as arguments.
This is still missing the secret, which only Sergio, pitti and I have.
A better implementation will have this in a chatbot, that responds only to snapcraft members.
