API should be able to fetch storage

Bug Description
Currently the API service aborts when fetching storage - this needs to be implemented.

or we can revised API if you have other idea for those pooled (remote) resources.
Second , the logical drive is entity show what's Remote Target have, one remote target can have multiple logical drive and LUN , the pooled resource of storage should be a RemoteTarget entity , since logical drive is not used by end user , neither client for access directly.
